Initial call with Tammy the receptionist was fantastic that instilled confidence from the very start. It continued with Walter’s introduction when he arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable of my specific built in refrigerator and the probable cause of its problem. The issue was resolved right away, He demonstrated all the qualities with whom I find a complete pleasure doing business.
